Adelita Barrett is the founder of Bright Future Energy Consulting LLC, which provides finance and development services to solar clients with a social impact or global development mission. As a former associate and senior analyst with the project finance team at Cypress Creek Renewables, she supported the deployment of debt and tax equity for over 300 MW of utility-scale solar. Adelita is a consultant for Navajo Power.

Brett Isaac is a member of the Navajo Nation and has worked with local chapters in the Nation to execute on numerous community development initiatives. Brett collaborated with the Navajo Community of Shonto in the development of Community Owned enterprises leading to the creation of a solar company on the Nation called Shonto Energy. Brett’s company has deployed over 200 off-grid solar systems to serve households without grid electricity. Brett is a Founder and Co-CEO at Navajo Power.

Clara Pratte is a member of the Navajo Nation and formerly served as the Chief of Staff for the Navajo Nation and Interim CEO of Nova Corporation. Clara was the lead for tribal consultation for the U.S. Small Business Administration and the lead for the Navajo Nation tribal governments federal affairs office in Washington DC. Clara is a Founder and Partner at Navajo Power.

Dan is a serial entrepreneur and investor with 15 years of experience leading clean energy companies and initiatives. In 2009 he co-founded Mosaic, which is the leading financial technology lender in the residential solar market, and served as CEO, President and now Chairman of the Board. Mosaic has deployed over $9 billion into residential solar loans.

Dan is an Unreasonable Institute fellow, and was a founding Board member of Unreasonable Group. A Brower Youth Award winner, he was twice named by Forbes to its 30 Under 30 List for energy. He currently serves as CEO of Ezra, which founds and funds climate fintech companies. He has founded and serves on the Board of other climate tech companies including Navajo Power.

Jen Rouda is the founder of 7 Skyline LLC, which provides independent energy infrastructure project development advisory, management and technical services. She formerly served as vice president of environmental development for Abengoa, Transmission & Infrastructure LLC, and a global account manager for CH2M. Jen serves as a consultant for Navajo Power.

John Lauer is a former criminal prosecutor and trial attorney for the U.S. Dept of Labor.  Prior to that, he co-founded a clean energy NGO, and served in the U.S. Forest Service – playing an instrumental role in securing access to health insurance for seasonal firefighters through an Executive Order. John is a Partner and supporting Counsel at Navajo Power.

Josh Finn held positions in structured finance and project development at SunPower, where he was involved in the deployment of 250 MW of commercial solar projects. Prior to that, Josh helped utilities and governments procure utility-scale renewable energy assets around the world at Black & Veatch and as a consultant to the World Bank. Josh is a Founder and Partner at Navajo Power.

Michael Cox is an entrepreneur and organizer that helped catalyze the US Federal Government’s support of impact investing and the University of California’s landmark commitment to sustainable practices. He’s collaborated with many entrepreneurs and investors through positions at Calvert Special Equities, Impact Hub and Timeflux LLC. Michael supports operations at Navajo Power.

Nonabah Lane is a member of the Navajo Nation and Co-founder of Navajo Ethno-Agriculture. She specializes in community environmental sustainability by engaging citizen science and participatory research methods with Tribal communities to promote and develop strategies across issues of water quality, agriculture, energy, and STEM education. Her community development and philanthropic work focus on social impact investing in Native American communities. Nonabah is the Director of Development of New Mexico Projects at Navajo Power.

Sean McCabe is a member of the Navajo Nation and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in New Mexico and Arizona. He has enjoyed over twenty-four years of working with and for Tribes in management, regulatory and consulting roles and was formerly the Division Director for Economic Development of the Navajo Nation. He has served on the Boards for the Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise, Dine Development Corporation, Navajo Housing Authority, and the Notah Begay III Foundation. Sean leads accounting for Navajo Power.

Shaun Deschene, enrolled with the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewas, has been an attorney advocating on behalf of tribes for the past 20 years through work on economic development projects, land recovery, responsible resource development, and all required associated regulatory processes. She serves as Senior Counsel to Navajo Power. 

Tony Skrelunas is a member of the Navajo Nation and former head of Economic Development and Government Development Divisions of the Navajo Nation. Tony has 25 years of economic development experience on Navajo, and spearheaded the creation of laws that enable local chapters on Navajo to govern locally and lease their land for their own economic benefit. Tony is a Founder and Partner to Navajo Power.

Danny Kennedy is the Managing Director of the California Clean Energy Fund (CALCEF), which has catalyzed the investment of $1.5 Billion in innovative clean energy companies. He is the president of CalCharge, a public-private partnership focused on energy storage, and co-founded Sungevity. Danny is an Advisor to Navajo Power.

Howard Wenger has spent 30 years in utility-scale power. Howard served as President of SunPower, and in executive roles at PowerLight, AstroPower, Pacific Energy Group (co-founder), PG&E and InterSol Power. Howard is an Advisor to Navajo Power.

Ana Maria has over 10 years of experience working in climate change, conservation, and energy development issues. She holds a Masters Degree from the University of Edinburgh in Carbon Management and has focused her career on the mitigation and adaptation of environmental and social impacts from infrastructure and energy development. Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse set of geographies and political actors in Latin America, Africa, and Europe around energy siting issues in the context of conservation, energy planning, and impact assessments. More recently, she has found passion around finding solutions for indigenous communities to transition into renewables in the United States. In addition, Ana Maria has a versatile set of skills in project management and coordination, community outreach, and structural organization. Ana Maria is a native Spanish and English speaker, with working knowledge in French and Italian.
